| At our Yangshuo restaurant, you'll find such local delicacies as Li River shrimp and Dragon River snails. If you've never tried them, the Li River shrimp are tender and slightly sweet shrimp that are wonderful in a stri fry. The Dragon River, also known as the Yulong River, is a tributary of the Li River. Both of these rivers are exceptionally clean, with no industry to pollute them and both are swimable as well. As the Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located on the banks of the Dragon River, we always have fresh snails in season.
